Originally it was just a straight arch over the driveways, but the straight line kind of got in the way when I was ingame with a sim. So I raised the arch up to its current look. It circulates underneath the house, so the sims inside can watch those swimming, therefore, the transparent tiles are required for this feature. I tested this and it works fine.
