So I named the house Squares house. (http://www.insimenator.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=54770&stc=1&d=1169388014) The rooftop (Sorry, if you had already seen this picture.) (http://www.insimenator.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=54774&stc=1&d=1169389675) The second floor is a small museum. And there are some squares. So it can be a good for community lot, although I made it as residental. Or if you have OFB, you can business at this house. It is better if you have all EPs. SquaresHouse.Sims2Pack is needen Uni, NL and OFB. Sq.Sims2Pack is that changed backyard and is empty second floor. (I'm sorry always my bad English.)
