This unfurnished house comes in a 2x2 lot, and costs 36,723. For that you get 5 BR, 4 Ba, 2 kitchens, and 3 floors. I have all expansions (Uni, NL, OFB, Pets) and all Stuff packs (FFS, GLS, HFS). A clever Sim could lock the upper door to household only and use the bottom for their parties and visitor entertainment.
