Title: Roof overflows into house - can't get it out

If anyone knows how to fix this, I would be forever thankful if you can tell me how.
I have a cone roof and it's coming into the house. I can't get rid of it.

I had a regular one that was coming in but it's gone now but I don't know what I did to get rid of it. That one looked like this:

Does anyone know how to stop the roof from extending into the house?

This is one of the joys of working with EA's roofs. Depending on the size of it, I'll put furniture there to cover it up. I've heard of no way to actually get rid of it.
