Title: underground house Post by: barrydaddy on February 14, 2007, 07:21:29 am Hi i have a problem,
i built a house for a single sim which i had an idea to build it underground, a underground house would be unusual so i built it, my sim liked his new house, and that was sorted, well i saved it to be used again, well today i was going to use it again but it appears to be flooded with water, short of getting a pump how can i use it again, and please no laughing as i have done enough of that, Barry. Title: underground house Post by: Micco on February 14, 2007, 07:30:47 am Move it to higher ground as you have it below the water table or if you made a lake on the lot, get rid of it (you still may have to move the lot.)

Title: underground house Post by: Micco on February 14, 2007, 07:52:44 am It doesn't have to be near the water to have a lower elevation than the level of the water. If your surface level goes below that elevation it will fill with water.
Title: underground house Post by: barrydaddy on February 14, 2007, 09:42:03 am Sorted it Micco i can now put as many basements as i wish, all i did was put a house which is built on water deeper water than the basements and they now stay dry well so far anyway, Barry.
