What about the old romance sim that's making trouble in the house they owned, because their grown up child came home to live with them, got married, and because old habits die hard, they find life unbearable in their lot. What about the fortune sim that worked hard for the living they made and just because they made a mistake, (caught on a date with some floozy), they have been made homeless? Need that place that provide the comforts of home for that thoughtless pleasure sim or party animal popularity sim, then this is the place for them. A beautiful, innocent look on the outside, but a place of sin on the inside. Woohoo!
