You just find something that you want, click on the file at the bottom of the first post, and when the new window pops up, save the file somewhere that you can get to it easily. After that, since most files are placed in .ZIP or .RAR compression files, you have to take them out. Since that takes a little more explaining depending on the file, take a look at this tutorial (http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=27964)
