Title: Pictures are choppy? FOUND! (sorta >.<)

I don't know why, but all the pictures I take in-game are all choppy and blocky.

I want my pictures looking like this:

My pictures look wierd, and not defined as the one above.

Yes, my graphic options are as high as they could be.

Are you using a Mac?  Macs do not have anti-aliasing since they lack directX.

And are you using Windowed mode to run the game to grab your screen captures?

More than likely you will need a better than average video card to pull off that quality of screen capture.  In terms of a new card. one that costs about USD $150 - 250 for the best forward compatability, especially one that carries the Windows Vista logo on the carton.

Uh-oh, I know I have a sucky card. >.<
