If you look in the downloads folder and see names without .package at the end, there is really no way for you to know if they are extracted or not. If you are using Windows XP, then you will need to change the system configuration to display these things. - see this: http://www.fileinfo.net/help/windows-show-extensions.html (http://www.fileinfo.net/help/windows-show-extensions.html) If you have not done so - after Nightlife EP and later SPs & EPs, you will have to "enable" custom content. If you disable it, you will NOT be able to use custom content in the game.
