Title: Another Question I forgot.. Post by: Canadianmidget on April 06, 2007, 08:27:03 am I think that it was after I installed InSim... But everytime that I try to call someone to come over or just talk, my sim puts down the phone after dialing. I know that that happens sometimes, but this happens ALL the time. Does anyone know what this could be? A conflict between downloads or something? And if I have to delete something, what should I delete?

On the other hand, I don't use InSim that much anymore, I did for a while but now I don't... It's a really cool thing, and I love it, but do I just go in the game, in the buy mode and delete it like other custom content? Or do I have to go into my downloads folder? Cause I'm pretty sure that it's conflicting with another hack but I can't figure out with one. Title: Another Question I forgot.. Have you updated insimenator to work with pets, or are you using the old insimenator? That could also be the problem Title: Another Question I forgot.. Post by: Canadianmidget on April 06, 2007, 08:39:04 am I updated the insimenator. First, since I noticed the problem after I installed it, I'm going to delete it.. Then if I still can't call sims (which REALLY is very annoying, especially since I love Legacies and it gets hard not being able to call people, especially when I need spouses and friends!), I'll look at the hacks that conflict with Pets and try and find one that I might've downloaded.

Title: Another Question I forgot.. Post by: ancienthighway on April 06, 2007, 09:23:42 am If you have InSim 2.6b it will not be causing any conflicts with the phone, whether you have Pets, Seasons, or none of the those.
Having a problem with the phone is probably being caused by a phone or computer or maybe even a newpaper hack you haven't updated. Pets added phone options to all three of those objects, so if you don't have the Pets versions of them, your phone won't work, you won't be able to get jobs, etc. |
