Title: delete maxis files?
Post by: meanalessia on April 07, 2007, 05:36:50 am
hi everybody!
so, downloading lots of custom content the files to upload in the game have become so many
I was wondering if it is possible somehow to delete the maxis files like standard game objects, clothes, hair ecc.. (I don't use them any more).
Hope somebody will answer my question, thank you!

love:snorting:

All the default stuff is in a single package for skins, and one for objects, etc. I think. If you know how to crack THAT open, (which I don't) then you should be able to delete with caution, not knowing what is a needed bassis for what.

The better answer is no.  If you were to somehow get into the game's files you'd risk seriously messing your game up completely.
