Secondly, just move it to the Housing Bin (click the House Bin, then the move tool) from the Neighborhood view, and it'll be ready to place in another neighborhood. Be advised if you're moving the house to the Housing Bin with a family in it, it'll both take a while, and is known to be incredibly buggy. Do so at your own discretion.
