I'm happy to share it with all the members to this site. This is my first creation to be posted, I hope it is enjoyed! I re-did it twice, trying to make it as nice as possible. There are two land masses connected by a bridge.

[ATTACH]75141[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]75142[/ATTACH] I call it Mansted Cove, you will call it what you will. I am looking for another beach front neighborhood, so I can get more beach lots than bluewater district on it. The ones I come across before, I wasn't satisfied because, their neighborhoods had water elevations that's too high. I wonder what's the specs on your water table? Great work and great lots also.

I really don't know the specs on water table; I just kept raising and lowering the elevation until I got the desired effect. This is my forth terrain and the first one to have the beaches I wanted!
