I think that was because of the use of the (Inge Jones's?) stay-things shrub I used when moving my family out, because I wanted to package the lot for upload... They really should make them like that IRL, I agree. :D I've been using this little house over and over again, just changing the, wall coverings, doors, windows, flooring and furniture, and it's amazing how different the house feels when just decorated differently. I'll see if I can post a picture of the lot done differently...
