Title: taxi bug Post by: raven_girl on June 29, 2007, 05:29:05 am So I had problem yesterday where one of my sims called for a taxi she got in but the taxi wouldn't move and what made things more frustrating was i couldn't quit the game with the taxi there, i had to use move_objects on to sort it out ok now here's the weird thing, when one of my other sims called for a cab it worked fine it's only when this one particular sim calls for a taxi that it dosen't move

If not, try to move out the sim with taxi problem into a new house, the lot might be corrupted. Title: taxi bug Post by: raven_girl on June 29, 2007, 02:48:40 pm Umm well the other sims in the dorm didnt have a problem with the car also today i did a group outing with the 3 sims in the dorm and the one who was having problems with the taxi didnt get into the taxi
Title: taxi bug Post by: MissDoh on June 29, 2007, 03:40:41 pm You could try to only move out that one sim and move it back in the dorm again, it might work.
You could also try to force and error on it and reset it. Title: taxi bug Post by: raven_girl on June 29, 2007, 05:50:53 pm How do I do force and error?
Title: taxi bug Post by: MissDoh on June 30, 2007, 03:17:04 pm You need to enable the boolprop cheat by typing this in your cheat box while in neighborhood view:
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true Once this is done, right-click your sim and find the option to "force error", select it and choose the "reset" option. Your sim will be reset then. If you want to turn the cheat off, reopen your cheat box and type boolprop testingcheatsenabled false Title: taxi bug Post by: KacoshiAjewl on June 30, 2007, 10:35:26 pm you forgot you need to press shift while clicking them
