I have all EP's and stuff packs 2X2 Lot Curbside Parking Car 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Living Eat in kitchen Pond Small Garden Fruit Trees $19,983.00 This is really a complete starter. I put newly made sims on the test lot. They were able to survive very nicely with this home and prosper.
