Here is a Duplex that I built. It was based on an actual floorplan but I can't remember what site I got it from. I wanted to keep it furnished but the file was too big even when I had it partially furnished. If you have any problems with it just let me know. Each house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2 car garage, and a back porch. There is a closet in every room and a walk in closet in the master bathroom. You will need Nightlife and Seasons for this lot. I hope you like it :D

I am working on some projects right now, I can't wait to bring you all a crappier piece of New York. I'm excited about them so I couldn't wait to tell everyone...:D
