Title: I cant get my sims to get married!! Post by: ferrischick99 on August 18, 2007, 12:24:33 am Ok I'm playing a legacy challenge here so I'm trying to solve this problem as easily as possible. My founders son is an adult and he is trying to marry the girl I chose for his wife. She moved into the house last night (sims time) and now in the morning I cant get her to work at all. No one can click on her and use any interactions so I cant make them get married :( I tried exiting the house and going back in but that didn't work :( I don't want to have to move them out if its not going to help so please any advice would be helpful!!

Go into buy mode, select her and delete her. save your game, exit to the neighborhood, and reenter the household. The game will reset her and she'll be waiting by the mailbox, hopefully glitch free.
Title: I cant get my sims to get married!! Post by: ancienthighway on August 18, 2007, 12:41:00 am I'm curious, was this sim an NPC? I know the driver NPCs will never behave as a regular NPC, townie or playable. If she's one of the other NPCs or any townie, Joy's method should work fine.

As far as I know she was just a regular Townie, her name is Tristen something or other lol she had one of those weird names that I'm not even going to try to remember.
