The Rutherford features a large vaulted great room, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen with large morning room with breakfast nook, owner's suite with spa bathroom and two additional bedrooms, and a study. A side-entry two car garage and fireplace in the great room is also standard.
The landscaping includes a fully sodded yard, but no trees or shrubs included. The lot is a 5X5 and is basically unfurnished except for the kitchen and baths, just as if you were to take delivery of a newly built home. I have all EP's but other than the few sets/items listed, I did not use custom content on the home.
