Do you have the open/close sign up (I believe it's under deco>paintings or deco>other)? Call in your employees, and then you should be able to click on them, scroll through the options and choose management>lay off. If not, have you tried the phone or computer? I believe there are options there that let you manage your employees.

Title: Menegment Post by: ancienthighway on August 22, 2007, 06:44:13 am The only way to Fire or Lay Off an employee is through the Management menu. Click on the sim you want to let go and you should have that option.
