Title: help please! Post by: chimpee28 on August 27, 2007, 07:45:03 pm I want to upload my sim (created in bodyshop), I've read the post here about uploading our creations. And I don't have any problems with that. In fact I've understood the tutorial.
My question is this, when I went to my savedsims folder and found the file of the sim I want to upload, I noticed that it is only 164kb in size..is it really that way?? Because when I download complete sims I noticed that the file sizes were almost or more than 1mb. So now I am thinking that maybe I will upload the wrong file. Do I have to do something else with the file ( I mean before I upload it) .Can someone teach me how? :dontknow: Title: help please! If you mostly use Maxis stuff and no cc, the size of the file looks ok to me. Skins are often the ones responsible for making big files. Hair meshes, cc clothes using meshes adds to it too. So if you did not use any custom skins, hair with mesh or clothes needing mesh the size of your file is ok. Title: help please! Post by: chimpee28 on August 27, 2007, 10:20:05 pm Thanks a lot!!
