Title: RAR files??! Post by: andlovesaidno13 on August 31, 2007, 10:59:39 am I have a lot of downloads where the file type is "RAR" but none of them work. Only the package files work. Is there a way to convert them?

I few thing to PLEASE keep in mind. 1. Make sure all the stuff you download is made for the Sims game you have EI> the Sims 2 Pets. If you download somthing for Pets and you dont have pets installed it will not work. look at the thread here (http://modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=246743) to see what I mean 2. Make sure y7ou download all meshes that go with your Item. see this threah to see what I mean. Here (http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=51280) 3. make sure that You keep stuff neat and dont try to install to much at one time. If you brake your game it will be easy to find the bad file if you know what the last few files you downloaded were and just where to find them. I have a file in my downloads folder called " New Installs" I only install about 100 at a time and then run my game and make sure all is well That way if it is not then I know right where to look for the bad seed.
