The house has a small entry hall, living room, kitchen, dining, family room, a small office, 4 bed rooms, 3 baths and screened in back patio. The house also has a small pool in the back yard perfect to cool off on those hot summer days. The family who lived here before loved the place, but wanted something bigger (yuppies!). It reasonably priced at 44,088 and is unfurnished.
