I thought an appropriate type of English home would be good so here is a slightly modernised bungalow based on a Tudor coach house (well a small one). In case your wondering, I did not forget to finish the wall. The Eastern side collapsed owing to land subsidence caused by the pond and the front was knocked down by a truck! EP Required Seasons and lower. SP Required I believe the furnishings come from a few different packs. Lot Includes 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Kitchen & Lounge with attached Garage. There is also a pond to one side. Lot Size 3x2 Cost 69,808 CC No custom content used Important: Please install using Sims 2 pack installer. There is 1 phone hack in the package (sorry...I uploaded wrong file), which you may not want. The Sims 2 pack installer will remove it if so desired (shows up red in installer).
