You can install 3 without issue, then the 4th and later go missing. What you have to do is install three houses, run the game, and repeat in groups of 3 until all are installed.
When installing them, keep in mind you may find some in different sections of the house bin depending on what kind of lot they were: dormitories, fraternities, sororities, and secret societies will only display when you are viewing the university neighbourhoods (if at all) -- houses with families will show in the section of the bin for houses with families in residence -- and I suspect hotels/resorts will have a similar arrangement in the vacation/holiday neighbourhoods. |
