Title: download help Post by: Wednesday17 on December 06, 2007, 06:57:59 pm It depends on if you use some kind of hack (I think there are several around), or if you use InSim to change clothes. In that case, you need to buy those clothes like any other clothes on a community lot or with any hacked dresser or coat rack. If the maternity wear is in underwear category, you can easily choose it, even after your sim's belly has grown just as any other outfits.
