Title: The sims 2 :( crashing. urgent. Post by: weewong on December 15, 2007, 10:49:18 pm okay i just installed THE SIMS 2 OPEN FOR BUSINESS
when i tried to open it (yes, i did the crack) there would be this error box that would have a red circle and an "X" on it.. it would then terminate the game.. i tried uninstalling and installing the sims 2 and OFB. but it still keeps happening... the FIRST time i installed OFB, it worked perfectly. i just had to shut it down right away cause i was off to school. =( help me thanx do you think this is happening becaues i did NOT install UNIVERSITY? but again, it worked fine when i installed OFB withouth university (first installation) AND, there is no custom content in there because i reinstalled the sims 2. :? And by "crack", do you mean the "No CD" crack? You really shouldn't mention that here, as it's classified as illegal... :rulez: Quote Warez/Illegal Activities. Do not promote or solicit illegal activities. No Warez talk or anything about cracking, hacking, and other illegal downloading, etc. We don't care if you have done it before, or someone asked you about it, or even if you have a URL for a site that does it, just keep it off our forums please, we simply don't want it here. Post by: PiperK1980 on December 17, 2007, 09:36:33 pm If you uninstall the base game you must uninstall the ep's too. So...uninstall ALL GAMES then reinstall. Make sure you patch the games and then try to run it...:pirate:
