I bought a cash register for her to sell her stuff. I bought the craft maker. How does she sell them. She made a something and it went in her inventory. I am so confused. ANY help would be apprcieated.

Then you have to place some on shelves or a table, and mark them to sell. Customers will come in, browse, and eventually buy the items for sell. You then can use restock command to replace the marker with a like item from the inventory.
