Title: Weird door problem Post by: boeketjebloemen on December 24, 2007, 11:09:45 am Okay, I have a weird problem.
My sim can't walk through doors. I mean, the door is open, but she can't walk into the next room. Her visitors, however, don't seem to have any problems with it. My sims just stands in the door opening, yelling that she can't get through. This goes for all the doors in her house, even the door to the greenhouse. For example, here she's trying to get into the bathroom: (http://img137.imageshack.us/img137/3301/doorproblemnq0.png) I have NL, OFB, Seasons, BV and Teen Style Stuff installed. I do have some hacks, but none of them have anything to do with doors, as far as I know. I'll try to restart my game without the hacks later though, I just don't have time for it at the moment. But, assuming it's not my CC causing this, what could be the problem? Could anyone help me? If there's more info you'd need, just say so! P.S. I couldn't find a thread about this kind of problem, but if there already is one, please give me a link. Title: Weird door problem Post by: Similis on December 25, 2007, 08:46:59 am I had the same peoblems with one of mine. When i tried moving the door, it kept saying *Door in use* when no one was around. so i used the Move object cheat to delete the door, figuring i would get a different door to solve the problem, but the same thing would happen as soon as my sim walked through it, they left it open. Never figured it out.

I'm pretty sure it's acutally my hacks, so I'm going to have to go through all of them. Wish me luck :) It's so weird, that sim's son (a kid at the moment) can walk through door just fine. |
