Hi there, I am wondering if it is possible to change a neighborhood's terrain elevation in certain areas...I would like to add a beach lot to my neighborhood but the one possible place I can put it on has an elevation that is too high (big hill).  Any help would be appreciated.   I would really like to AVoid moving all my sim families (I've got quite a few) to a new neighborhood where beach lots would be more easily accessible.  Unless of course, some can tell me an easy way of moving sims over without screwing anything up :):-P:-P
