The cool stairs are by Numenor. Many items are from Lizuli and Apice sets. A salute to all CC makers! I've included the Sims in the preview shots (cant get rid of them) and the stuff they were wearing. Required EPs: Pets, Open For Business, Nightlife, and maybe Seasons I've also tested this in Clean Installer and got rid of the hacks. (Including one that "boolprop" infected by mailboxes!) Here is the layout: 1st Floor: Entryway with modern stuff Hall/DiningRoom Deluxe Bath Modern kitchen LivingRoom/Workout Area 2nd Floor: Master Bedroom with Master Bath (includes see-through tile!) 3rd Floor: Deco thingy by window Bathroom Kid's bedroom (with 2 floors and walls by me!) (Kingdom Hearts themed) Lounge and Art Gallery with awesome sofa! By the way::notsmili: Yard: Bonsai Tree and backyard pool & hot tub YES!!! It is here! I have just uploaded my biggest project ever! (you know, to make it smaller?) For example, I'd be fine with getting rid of phones, EP specific items (like chairs and rugs) if there's CC you NEEEEED to download, I'll keep it! I'll appreciate the help!

Thanks for telling me this. I plan on clearing some space soon. I will probably delete lots of EP specific items, and the pool I could do without.
