- Is there any cheats which can enable me to build a swimming pool on the roof? My roof is the flat wooden kind. -How do I turn my furniture like 15 or 50 degrees? I've seen some people do it before, but I can only turn my furniture 90 degrees. - If my roof is a flat floor tile like the Lothario and Caliente families in plasantview, will the game recognise it as a roof? Because I have heard of cases where the game don't recognise it as a roof and the sims freeze in winter. Title: Some game question. Post by: ancienthighway on January 09, 2008, 10:30:02 am The problem with roofs and freezing or burning up sims is associated with the peaked roofs. The flat roofs are fine.
Many houses that came with the game use the flat side of a peaked roof as a wall to a room. Many players built houses similarly.
