Hello!

Well, I've been having this problem... I love celebrity sims, and I've downloaded quite a few. Some I didn't like and deleted them in game. I know if you delete the sim, you don't delete the skin and hair and clothes and make up that sim uses, sometimes I keep all that stuff because I like it even though the whole sim was not good for me.

The thing is that when in CAS and Bodyshop, the "preview" picture - or however you call it, I don't know - is never right... sometimes the game even shows pictures of sims I don't have anymore, because I deleted them.

I always delete the groups.cache and cigen.package files, because I was told that if you deleted those files regularly, the game would have to generate new thumbnails and it would correct the mistakes... however... No, it does not. It's pure chaos.

You click on the Victoria Beckham picture and you get the Madonna sim. You click on Madonna and you get Scarlett Johansson... and so on. Sometimes the thing gets so ridicoulous you are in the male section, and you are looking at a thumbnail of Angelina Jolie, and when you click it, it's Orlando Bloom!

And the worst problem is that you can't just resing to it and say: "Ok, from now on, I won't care, I'll just remember that every time I want Orlando, I'll click on Angelina". Because today is Angelina and tomorrow is Rihanna! The whole thing changes...

Well, it's driving me crazy.

Please, if anyone thinks of ways to colve this...

I'll be gratefull.

P.S.: I don't have this problem with other custom downloaded contents. The only things that don't show up right in the thumbnails are the whole sims. I don't know... maybe that means something.

Try deleting the files in the Thumbnails folder.
