This is Chad Brenton, and he lives next to Jarrell (http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=81199). Chad is playful, and a little bit naughty. He always flirts with Trishelle (http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=81716) when Jarrell is nowhere to be seen.
