I want to delete all the files in my SavedSims Folder, because before I knew anything about downloading CC, I went on a downloading spree on the Exchange, and now I want the Sims gone that I got from the Exchange. So I was wondering: -If I delete all the files, will the Sims I made in BodyShop go away too? -How can I prevent THAT from happening, if the former is true? -Is there a way to delete the Sims from the Exchange, not the ones from OTHER pages? Post by: Tenshii~Akari on May 27, 2008, 06:30:32 am Well, what I suggest is going into Bodyshop and packaging the sims you want to keep in regular Sims2Pack files (that automatically saves to your desktop). If you made any outfit recolors or hair edits, etc., you might want to consider packing them with your sims, too. Then you can delete the folder if you'd like. :angel:
As for deleting sims from the exchange in your profile... not quite sure. :dontknow: Title: What will happen... Post by: ilovecigs on May 27, 2008, 03:12:46 pm you can delete the ones you don't want in bodyshop (if they're not that much, or if there are a lot of custom sims you can do it that way too, but requires patience haha :P ). I was doing that the other day haha ;) I had some REALLY old stuff i got from the exchange before i knew any other CC site existed. haha
