I know that blonde's are not all blue-eyed and Barbie-dolled but this is Natalya's Big Sis. I was going for more of an "ice-queen" portrayal. Both Sisters are supposed to be apart of Veronaville. I hope you enjoy Julianna and I wish you the best with her. I nicknamed her Nela :) I don't know why.
