This is my second house submission, and it's my favorite so far. It's on a 3x4 lot, and costs about $175,000. Features: 3 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms Living Area Kitchen Dining Room Study 2 Large Hallways Indoor Pool Area Sauna 2 Abstractly-Shaped Patio Areas Landscaping Double Driveway Stone Walkway Fully Furnished It features some CC (shown in last picture on post). I'm not sure about what expansions are needed, but the ones I have installed are all EPs EXCEPT Nightlife and Freetime, and all SPs up to H&M (so no Kitchen/Bath, Teen Style, IKEA). Also, since I'm still new to this, tell me how the house is after looking/playing with it so I'll know what I've done that's good and what I've done that's bad.
