Title: New Computer Post by: LEsherick24 on July 23, 2008, 08:23:26 pm I have the chance to sell my laptop on Ebay for $1,399.99 if I do I need to but another one but much better than what I have. Any ideas on what Sims 2 runs the best on and what to look for when buying a new laptop on Ebay or else ware.
Title: New Computer Post by: jaybud4 on July 24, 2008, 11:48:12 am It depends on what you've got. With all the current EPs/SPs, you'll probably need at least 3Ghz and 1GB of RAM to run it at an okay speed.
I'm currently running with those specs on Vista with all EPs + TSS + several hundred MB of CC and it runs pretty slow sometimes Title: New Computer Post by: caffeinated.joy on July 24, 2008, 05:31:53 pm If you can get at least 2 gb of ram I'd do that. It makes a big difference.
