if sims are in the family bin in one neighborhood, is there any way to get them in another neighborhood without remaking them? if anyone knows that would be great. thanks :D Title: Having never tried this... It's better to clone and start with a fresh sim (no memories of the earlier neighborhood).

That way the family will be available in any neighborhood. You'll find them in houses tab.
