Lot requires: NL Lot type: Residential Price in game: about $60,000 Floors: 3 Rooms: 3 bed, 4 bath, kitchen, office, living/dining area, patio It's a pretty symmetrical design (I'm kinda OCD about that stuff sometimes), but I like it all the same. I would also suggest downloading some of the wallpapers and flooring from that site. They have a few really nice sets that go with the decor of the house, as well as some furniture. Since the door/window sets have a dark stone option as well, you could easily turn this into the "Nightmare" Manor if you wanted. I'm working on a furnished version (maybe even the Nightmare version, as well), which I'll upload soon. I just wanted to upload this one for the people who would rather furnish it themselves.
