All service vehicles use the back entrance and the carpool, school bus, taxis, etc. use the front. There is only one bedroom and the furniture covers just the bare needs, but it has an empty floor for future expansion The lot is the smallest possible size (1 x 1), but it must be placed between two parallel streets at a distance of only one lot tile. There is one spot at the front and one spot at the back. Those spots are driveways recolored with frillen's invisibleDriveway, by permission included in the RAR.
