He was answering your point 1 question. You need Inteen mod to have teen pregnant.

With Insim, you can make your potential mother an Independent Teen, basically an adult in a teen body, or get Inteen, which is currently unsupported and will no longer function with AL, or get Sims2Living's Teen Woohoo, a donation mod. I recommend against Inteen since it sounds like you've never used it before anyway. It has thorough documentation to help you get it running, but new users always have questions. Besides, it's only good until you get AL. I've never used S2L's mod so I can't comment on it. The easiest to implement would be Insim's Independent Teen. There's no pregnancy morph, but if you need the belly for pictures, I understand MTS2 has many clothes that give the appearance of being pregnant.
