alright i thought id have a go with lot building as i haven't for a long time and i love my cottages/nature homes for my sims so i made this for about 5-6 sims though you could proberbly add more if need be. my creation is called home sweet home (hence the tile).
lot info:
costs: 114,998 (its not a starter home)
lot size: 3x4
2 medium sized bedrooms, 1 very large bedroom
1 family room, 1 living room in sections for fireplace and t.v
2 bathrooms 1 up 1 down
1 kitchen/dining room (with juicer:smile:)
and a gym inside
ouside large garden with steam, swing (for the kiddies:happy8)
garden plots and trees for growing as well as decorative plants and normal trees and bushes.
this is my first time posting a lot so don't be to harsh though constructive criticism is always welcome (how else will i improve)
ive played the lot in my game with a family and its working great so far but if you find any problems please do tell
thats all i think
oh eps i have all expansions to freetime and kitchen, ikea stuff packs you will definetly need seasons and kitchen packs but im noy 100% on the rest
