Price $53,394 This two story brick house was another request build. A medium sized family can live here. This is the first offset garage I built. (Warning) I have not tested it yet. It may work or it may just be decration. If someone has the time to test it, and tell me if it works or not it would be helpful as I would like to build more garages like this. This house is uploaded with all ep's, sp's, and it is cc free.
