price: $78,255 This is one of the first ten houses I have ever built. It is one of thefew I have kept in those three years. It is a unique house & garage and I probable will never build another like it. Between the house and garage there is plenty of space for any sim family to live here. If you want to see my other early creations just do a seach on MTS2 for andrewplay599 and you can see my houses before I learned some basic building cheats. I think most of them are of poor quality but you never know till you look. This house is uploaded with all sp's, ep's, and is cc free.
