May have items from Holidays and Glamour Life Residential Lot 2x2 Cost: 65,918 simoleons 3 beds, 3 baths, livingroom, eat-in kitchen, walk-out basement, carport. Fully furnished and landscaped with some CC. Packaged and cleaned with the Clean-Installer, no hacks. This was supposed to be a lakehouse, but the lot was too small. So it is a pond house. :D I suppose it will work good as a coastal lot also, although I haven't tried it. It will not flood in low land areas, so it will place well in any of the neighborhoods.
