Refer to this FAQ (http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=27964) for a simple explanation on it and links to programs for extracting that file type. ;)

If that's the case, try redownloading those files from whichever sites you got them from and see if they completely finish being transferred.
Or do you just mean when you extract them, the package files appear on the Desktop instead of in a folder? If that's the case, select those files and cut and paste them into your Downloads folder. ;) Title: Another Problem!!!!
