Its fully play tested,with landscaped gardens and a beautiful raised pool terrace. The interior is light, airy and spacious,with room for a growing family.It has a rustic style,with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, but you can easily create more. This house has an authentic feel, I WOULD LOVE TO LIVE HERE!
You need seasons and BV only. Please note: this house is packaged as unfurnished. I didnt include it as furnished, as the file size would be too large. I dont know if it would damage your game if you dont have bv.There are a few items that need bv to show up,but you could take those out with clean installer.Another idea is to put it in a separate file in your downloads folder,try it, and if it affects your game you can easily remove the folder.
