Residential Lot: 2x2 Cost: 53,015 simoleons Amenities: 3beds, 3baths, livingroom, study area, eat-in kitchen, off-street parking, familyroom in basement, playground and b-ball court. Fully furnished (except no fire and house alarms, no computers...keeping with the theme) and landscaped, some CC included. Cleaned and packaged with Sims2Pack Clean Installer (http://sims2pack.modthesims2.com/), so no hacks.
