If you meant here in IS, then you either have to upload your files to a file hosting website (eg Mediafire or BOX.net) or you can attach it to your post. You can find this option if you click the Additional Options thing while you are posting a new thread. It says there that the maximum size of a file is 8MB, just to let you know.
